regional businesses. The Franchisor handles the graphics design, the printing and mailing of the
advertising/coupon books, and continues to develop industry-leading advertising solutions.

Three month success program. Monthly publication…up and running with first issue after 6 weeks.
Telemarketers get $30 for each deal closed after first 3 months of free service. 30K homes per zone but
only mail to 20K per zone…first territory is two zones. Free expansion zones!! The franchise also does
offer Twitter advertising.

Only for the next 50 franchisees: The normal $30K territory fee will be waived. The Franchise fee is
$15,000 ( they consider it a pre paid mailing fee) where they give the franchisee back a credit of
$15,000. This credit will be used to pay for their print, mail and services. This will allow for a very strong
cash flow right out of the gate since you will have the credit to pay for all of your expenses.

You also still get the other perks that include free expansion with no fees, protected territory,
telemarketing service, business mailings ect. The only other money you will need is your own business
working capital for a color printer, fax, scanner, computer and personal expenses while you start.
